TwistMeet maintains zero tolerance for scams, harassment, abusive behavior, sexual solicitation, impersonation, and objectionable content.
Users can report abusive users directly from the chat interface by tapping the menu icon and selecting "Report". Safety reports involving objectionable content are reviewed within 24 hours, and confirmed offending accounts are removed or suspended. Users can also block other users by selecting "Block" from the same menu. Blocking immediately ends the current match and chat. Blocked users cannot contact you and will not be matched with you again.
To maintain a safe and respectful community, TwistMeet employs automated Trust & Safety measures to detect and prevent harmful content and behavior.
Messages sent through the Service may be automatically scanned for spam, scams, solicitation, inappropriate material, and other content that violates our Community Guidelines. This scanning is performed to protect all users and maintain a safe environment.
Each user account has an internal trust score that reflects their standing within the community. This score may be affected by user reports filed against you and content flagged by our automated systems. The trust score is used internally and is not directly visible to users.
When a message is flagged by our systems, both the sender and recipient may be notified. If your account is flagged as potentially suspicious, your current chat partners may be informed via an in-app notification to help them make informed decisions about their interactions.
If your trust score falls below acceptable levels due to reports or flagged content, your account may be subject to escalating consequences, including:

TwistMeet uses an algorithm to match users based on:
Users browse recommended profiles and choose whether to send a like or invitation to a specific user. The receiving user can review the sender's profile and choose whether to like back or reject.
A match is created only after mutual choice, and conversation becomes available only after the match is active.
Matching is not guaranteed, and we do not promise specific outcomes.
Daily likes or invitations are controlled by your active plan and any available reward boost credits. The current plan limits are Free 2, Plus 20, Premium 50, and Elite 100 per day. These limits reset daily and may be changed prospectively as part of plan or reward updates.
Recommended profile list size also depends on your active plan. The current candidate-list limits are Free 20, Plus 60, Premium 120, and Elite 200 per day.
Once a match is created, it has a default duration of 3 days. Users can extend active matches using the heartbeat feature, subject to monthly limits. The current heartbeat limits are Free 1, Plus 8, Premium 20, and Elite 50 per month. An accepted heartbeat extends the match by 7 days. You may send a heartbeat during the first 3 days of a match or during the 3 days before a match expires, and you may recall a sent heartbeat within 24 hours.
Likes or invitations sent to another user normally expire after 12 hours if the receiving user does not respond. Premium and Elite users may be eligible for instant rematch with a previous completed-match partner; Free and Plus users remain subject to the ended-match cooldown.
Users may leave a match at any time. When leaving, you may provide a farewell message and reason for leaving.
TwistMeet may offer AI-assisted features, including profile bio suggestions and chat reply suggestions. AI output is generated for convenience only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, saving, or sending any AI-generated suggestion, and you remain responsible for all content you add to your profile or send to another user.
AI generation is subject to separate monthly quotas for bio suggestions and chat reply suggestions. The current quota for each AI assistant is Free 2, Plus 10, Premium 20, and Elite 50 generations per month. AI suggestions must still comply with these Terms and our safety rules.
TwistMeet offers Free, Plus, Premium, and Elite plans. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests are handled by the relevant store, subject to that store's terms and policies.
Cancelling a paid subscription disables future auto-renewal but normally keeps the paid entitlement active until the current paid period ends. A refund, revocation, or expired payment may remove paid entitlements immediately and return the account to Free plan limits.
Saved opener and in-chat date invitation limits depend on your active plan. Current saved opener limits are Free 1, Plus 5, Premium 10, and Elite 20. Current date invitation limits are Free 1, Plus 5, Premium 10, and Elite 20 per month.
Rewards may include trial access, redeem codes, and boost credits. Daily check-in currently grants 5 reward points, and point balances expire on an 18-month balance cycle. Trial rewards are unavailable while you already have an active paid or trial subscription. Boost credits for likes, date invitations, or heartbeats are consumed only after your base plan quota has been exhausted.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the App itself, are owned by TwistMeet and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you post, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user. We do not conduct background checks on users or verify the accuracy of user-provided information.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

At TwistMeet, we have a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Although our app is intended strictly for users aged 18 and older, we follow applicable child safety laws and platform policies, including relevant app marketplace child safety requirements, to help maintain a safe environment.
TwistMeet explicitly prohibits the sharing, creation, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any user found violating this policy will face immediate account termination and permanent banning from our platform.
We provide in-app reporting and blocking features. Users can report any concerns, feedback, or suspected violations regarding child safety or inappropriate behavior directly within the app from user profile, matched profile, or chat room menus.
TwistMeet complies with all applicable child safety laws. If we detect or are alerted to confirmed CSAM, we will immediately report the incident and the associated user data to the relevant regional and national authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local equivalents.
